use Client answer as query stiring and redirect to URL

Hi guys,

I want to offer the client a tracking with the chatbot. To do this I ask the client for a tracking id. Than I want to add this tracking id as a query string to an url and redirect the client to this page.
I guess this is quiet straight forward but as I am completely new at snatchbot I do not really know how to do this.
