Not Re-activate Bot on the next session of the conversation

I had a prospect client messaged me on Facebook. So far, my bot accommodate the chat nicely. But, since I forgot to include to ask the phone number of the prospect, I asked it manually myself. And when my prospect replied to my manual message (not by the bot), the bot restarted the conversation. Is there any way I can disable where the bot don't restart if there's already a conversation? Thank you!
