Inbox Messages Empty

Hello,
I set up notifications to be sent to my email when a user send a phone number or email address. I received the notification for this that a new user had sent their information. When I look in the messages tab i see no data. Is there something wrong with the tool at the moment?
This is what I see in my email. But nothing in the inbox to reference.
