I am trying to build a questionnaire with 4 questions with yes and no answers.

Yes = 25 points
No = 0 points

Is it possible for me to send the user on a different path based on his results?

Example: If he gets 50 points, send him onto another set of questions.
If he gets below 50 points, say goodbye.

Considering its just yes or no answers, would this be possible with using quick replies?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
