Hi my bot (ID= 114120) on my MESSENGER fan page (Facebook) its not working well the quick replies

Always shows "EMPEZAR" means Start, instead of the preconfigurated quick replies

Its connected well to the fan page (Disruptivo Oficial fan page - you can check if you want)
I already take the bot out because wasn´t working (I'm waiting for your help)
Quick replies are less than 20 words
There are less tan 11 Quick Replies
My native language its spanish sorry for the mistakes
