Hello, Snatchbot Support Team -

Is the integration of Snatchbot with Facebook has something to do with missing messages? The Facebook Page linked with the bot I made in this platform automatically deletes messages or hides it. Can you confirm if this is a normal behaviour in this integration?

My Bot ID is 111113, and the Interaction ID is 1737227.
