Override error response

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to override the error response. Specifically:

I have an extract phone number interaction to which I have added a Quick Response "I don't want to", in case somebody doesn't want to give his number. Unfortunately, this triggers the error response. Is there a way around it?
