Create inbox items on each page load with interaction

Hello,

We created a chatbot with Snatchbot and implement the bot on our website (coolsafety.nl) with the embed code.

The bot is working fine but for every page load there is also an inbox item created but without conversation/interaction.

Is it possible to create only inbox items if there is conversation/interaction with the bot?
