Hello, there are keep opening new chats but no conversation started.

I tested my bot by myself and when I click on answers or give answers it just show up in the inbox.

But when I check the inbox for the day I see a lot of chats that keep getting stuck on the first opening sentence. Sometimes 5 times per chat.

How can I solve that? A lot of open chats without conversations is unclear for me.
