I added a rich card with one button which should redirect the user to another interaction, however when I press it, it doesn't do anything.

Please guys, fix it asap.
I think you should hire some beta testers who would test your updates before you release them, since that everytime you fix bugs, new ones appear and waiting a week for one or two bugs to be fixed is way too much when you have customers.
