Starting of a bot

Hello!

How can I control what happens after visitor press the bot's icon on site - yesterday I saw first message on my site, today I see a button inside chat's window "Get started"

  1. How can I control this?
  2. How to adjust this buton? (the color and words - I have to change language at least)
