Hello!
I have set up a simple chat bot, in one of the cases I ask visitors to send me a question and an e-mail for the answer.

What is the best work-flow for received questions from my visitors?

Right now I have more than 200 messages in inbox, how can easily find where my reaction is needed? (m.b. I have to arrange some kind of export email+question to google sheet?)
