Search information in database

It's my first usecase, my first bot.

I'd like to seach an user entry in spreadsheet or database and sho the result (another column).

I try to do this with a webhook generated by zapier.
Zapie achieve to get the search keyword send by snatchbot, he find the result but he only respond "success" and ask for an url to send the json response.

How is the best way to achieve my usercase ?
