Best way to let a user suggest a date & hour te meet

Hi!

I was wondering what the best way is to allow a user to schedule/suggest a meeting.

I saw the google plugin, but did not really understand it. Also I'm not sure if that is the best solution for me.

I also found the "meeting schedule chatbot" template, which is really nice, but can I get some sort of confirmation with all the data of the meeting (date, hour, location, ...) in my mailbox?

Right now I've set up "Get notified by email once user replies the interaction." on the last confirmation question with all the data of previous questions in it, but in my mail I only get the answer on that question, which is "yes" ...
