What is the best way to have multilingual chat?

Hi,
I am looking into a Messenger bot and searching how to provide best suitable language to users?
My idea is to have choose language as a first question and then have two conversations under. But I do not see it useful to keep both langs in one bot. Is there a better way? Thanks!
