Set session expiry to never

How can I set session expiry to never or to min. to three month?

In our start message, we check if the user wants to be updated by notifications.

The maximum session expiry is set to 10800. After that the conversation starts completly over and go back to the initial message.

So the user gets asked every three ours if he wants to be updated by our broadcasts.
