Hi,

I have an interaction with 5 quick reply buttons that each link to another interaction. Buttons 1, 4, and 5 continue correctly to the next interactions when clicked. However, when clicking on buttons 2 and 3, the current interaction reloads itself instead of continuing to the next interaction. (I took some screenshots to explain further but I am unable to post them here.)

I've struggled with this for quite some time and have re-built the main connection and re-connected each of the buttons to their related interactions, but none of my attempts has resolved the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.
