How can i add multiple connections in one button want i have a scenario

Q 1 has 4 buttons 1 is a back button
Q 2 has 4 buttons 1 is a back button when I click the back button it will come on Q 1
Q 3 has 4 buttons 1 is a back button when I click the back button it should come on Q 2

same till the end
