Bot group chat mention

Hello,

How do I get the bot to only trigger when it's mentioned, followed with a command, in a skype group chat - for example - @teambot find order # 12345

I don't want it to proactively message but act more as a trigger based bot. I looked at the setting but can't figure it out. Anyone can point me in the right direction?
