error and chatbot don't work

Hi, my bot don't work sometimes.

it appears in the screen, but stay freeze.
And in the console on google chrome, appear this error:

WebSocket connection to 'wss://webchat.snatchbot.me/webchat/ws?token=' failed: HTTP Authentication failed; no valid credentials available
