!!! HELP my bot completely broke on Facebook

(bot id = 54450) My bot on Facebook went from working perfectly to completely broken without me changing anything at all. This is catastrophically bad since we are launching this bot in a matter of hours. Please help me fix this!

My bot seems to still be working within the Snatchbot web chat, but on Facebook it went haywire. It started sending endless messages. When I deleted the conversation and tried to start again, Facebook showed two popups. One said "Action Unsuccessful: There was an error delivering your message to the page, please try again later." The other said "Send Failed: This person isn't available right now." I couldn't even send a message to the bot.
