Live Chat using JSON API

Hi,

We are thinking about using snatchbot as a tool in our Saas. So our customer's employees can have some access to quick important information during work. We are already testing using JSON API and it's working fine.

We would also like to allow them to activate Live Chat, but can't put them all to access the same Snatchbot account to see "Conversations". Can we setup a conversation panel in our Saas and allow these live chats through API?
