Here's the situation: With our chatbot, we present the user with a button that links to our app and has them complete an action there. When they complete the action, we'd like to resume the chat by sending them a message and letting them continue in the flow. We don't want them to have the send another message (it's redundant because they've already completed the action in the app).

Is there a way to do this?
