After await response?

What happens:
Whenever i get a notification, that my chatbot is awaiting response from a representative, i go, check it out and start talking to the person, meanwhile the chatbot restarts.

How can i make it so it doesent automatically restart after i engage in a conversation.

I just want it to wait for 7 days per say untill the chatbot can activate again.
