Using chatbot to gather data for particular user via hyperlink (email)

In our company, we currently email our users a PDF form to fill out and email back to us.

I would like to know if it is possible to create a snatchbot that:

Can be sent as an email link to users
Once opened can be linked to the email address of the user (so they are auto-identified and do not need to enter their personal details or login when answering questions in the snatchbot conversation)
To link the conversation to our ZOHO CRM platform (snatchbot conversation linked to a specific user in the CRM)
