Hello,

we try to use the JSON API interaction, sadly it's always returning the error message.

How can I see what went wrong to start debugging?

I did test the rest API response by adding it as a response to a test webhook on this page https://webhook.site so it should work in theory.

Postman is throwing a "Self-signed SSL certificate are being blocked" error. But the certificate is bought by our server provider so it should be okay.

The certificate is marked as "encryption everywhere dv tls ca - g1"
