Change chatbot icon

Hi,

But I wanted to open a support ticket just to be sure.

Snatchbot ignores the new icon I keep uploading, it only shows the new icon as the bot's avatar in the opened chat window, but the initial large icon that activates the chat stays the same.
Seems like you're using some sort of cloud network provider for this image, maybe this service doesn't realize that changes have been made?

What can I do here instead of creating an entirely new bot just to change the icon?
