Answers and time

Hi there,

I am building a customer support bot. The objective of the bot is to automate the answers to most questions, but still some human support is expected.

It is possible to change the bot behavior according to the time of the day. For example, if a customer interacts with the bot at 11:00 the bot can direct to a customer support agent, but if the interactions happens at 23:00 it will tell him to send an email with his query.
