Continue with conversation after NLP negative words

Hi guys, me again:) this question might be a bit complicated to ask. Let me make an example: I chose the NLP for negative words. In my conversation I do have the interaction, where my chatbot asks the user "what is your name?". Now if the user writes e.g. "damn" instead of his name, my bot would answer whatever I chose him to answer to negative words. How can I manage that the chatbot will continue with the conversation after this?
