Hi,
I have setup an API call to my web hook. It works fine on the web chat, but the API is never triggered when using Facebook messenger (it just idles).

P.s. trying to use this as an alternative to attributes which dont seem to be saving on Facebook messenger (https://support.snatchbot.me/discuss/5c62b93d730f6201d14f6f63 - My previous post). Please rather prioritize that issue.
