I can not update to Pro.

Hello good Morning. I am not able to register the payment to update my Bot to the pro version. I get an error saying: "Error processing the transaction on the credit card, please contact the issuing bank for more details, or insert another card."
Now try placing another card and nothing.
Also, I want to add that I saw a video tutorial in case I did something wrong, and in the video I got 2 methods of payment (PayPal or Visa) in which, I only get a white square to select.
I wait fast answer.
