Saw a chatbot that is interesting but can't seem to use it as template

I saw this chatbot for IT helpdesk and I would like to see the structure/template. But I can't seem to add it as template.

I assume the user used cards as the Starting, but how does the user create multiple options below the gallery. I can only seem to have one option per gallery .
