Need help. Is it possible to post the questions from excel/databsae/API and verify the user response

Hi,

For example, if I want to build a quiz bot, and I have some 200 questions. And I want to post these questions randomly to the user reading from excel/database/API and asking the user select the one right option from the list of 4 options and then verifying it with the correct answer which is also read from excel/database/API. How to achieve this?
Any link to read about this will be very helpful.
