Hi There, I deployed a Facebook Bot, the logic works perfectly in test and was working fine up to yesterday. The following summary explains the issue:

Correct function - User is directed to the option menu and able to choose one of the following - Nexus GDN Services, Book a Consultation, About Us, Contact Us, Leave Feedback. Once in each option, user gets a second prompt that either takes them back to the Main options menu or allows them to exit.

The following loops are not working:

Book a consultation - when this option is selected the user is not redirected to this option but is instead given the menu message again.

Contact Us - same issue as with booking

About us - User is correctly redirected to this option but is not being allowed to choose to return to the main options menu after this link

Nexus GDN Services and Leave feedback links are working as expected and the logic here is identical.

I also confirm that my website bot has the same logic flows and is working perfectly.
