In the "Submit your bot" tab of the Messenger channel settings it shows a message:
"To submit your bot, click “Submit the Form” below, select the page to which your bot is attached, click “Set Up” under Discover Preference and fill out the form."

The problem is there is not a "Submit the Form" button or link below like the message says. I would provide a screen shot if I could but there is no option to upload it here. I have tried multiple browsers, reseting browsing data and cookies. But there is still not a "Submit the Form" link, or a "Set Up" link or anything mentioned above.

How can I get the bot working with messenger?
