Getting response {"error":"Access denied","status":false} when making API calls

I am trying to make the below request.

GET https://snatchbot.me/channels/api/api/idxxxx/appxxxxxx/apsxxxxxx?user_id=29:&message_id=

I followed the steps mentioned in https://support.snatchbot.me/discuss/5b46e31e64ebb10003093fd4

still Postman still returns the below
{"error":"Access denied","status":false}

Could you please give insights on what else could be wrong.
