Hi,

I have a global connection setup, for my interaction to only display when an exact phrase is typed. But it shows when I test the bot before typing (does it just do that in testing anyway, but won't when the bot's hooked up?) and it also shows what ever I type??

Basically I'm trying to match the bot responses up to the suggested responses that you get by default in fb ads. As I've been told that is a more reliable way of hooking it up than JSON and it makes it feel more seamless.

The bot will literally only need to give one response, to each suggested response, nothing more complicated than that, it's just to direct to the right page on my site with cards.

Any help would be much appriciated.
