Unwanted text-to-speech

Hi there,

Once again I would like to thank the Snatchbot team, you guys are doing an amazing job with providing us this great tool.

I have an issue with my chatbot : it seems it randomly generates audio files with text-to-speech which reads with an english voice and accent the french messages of my bot.

I have checked every interaction and text-to-speech is disabled on all of them. Though, it looks like the bot keeps randomly generating and sending text-to-speech to the user, sometimes even a 0:00 audio file.

Can you please help me, as it represents a serious trouble for User Experience ?
