How can i disable session expiry or set it to NEVER?

it is really not cool for our users experience.

our welcome/start message asks if they want to be receiving updates.

and even after clicking yes/no, they keep getting this same welcome/start message everytime they click another button or send in a message.

chatfuel, manychat etc doesn't behave like this.

the restart button in the persistent menu is ok for any users to start from the beginning anytime they want, they shouldn't be forced to do so.

I think it's something you can fix. Pls do or recommend what to be done..
