sending custom atributes to my webservice

Hi, I set an atribute with [extractedData interaction=215130 fallback=TEXT], The attribute is sended to my server but instead of the value of [extractedData interaction=215130 fallback=TEXT] that need to be "2 days", shows this '[extractedData interaction=215130 fallback=TEXT] ' in my database.

i displayed the custom atribute by calling the custom variable in the bot chat response and says 2 days but when i send throw snatchbot to mi webservice says the whole extractedata interaction declaration.

There is another way to to this?
Or onlythere are facebook atributes allowed to send throw webservice?
