Create Text/Excel file - BOT conversations thru SnatchBOT api

Hello Team,

I am Benita & creating a BOT.

I would like to create a text/excel file for the BOT conversations whenever the BOT is not able to respond the user query. Planning to attach this file in any of the tracking system (Mantis/JIRA).

Is there a way to download the conversation & create a file (txt/excel) through SnatchBOT api.
