Send Email on the basis of Chat Response

Team,

Is it possible for me to send out an email to the user on the basis of a chat response?

So for instance, if a user is having a chat conversation and the BOT prompts the user an option to receive some information via email.

If the user says Yes, and enters an Email Address, then it needs to send out a specific mail to the user.

Would the above be possible
