how to make response with format and post into my database?
what if i want user can chat with format for register..
example
chatbot: May I know who I am speaking with? (Name, Company, Position)
user: Tony, INTEL, IT
chatbot: hi Tony from INTEL and position IT

and

chatbot: Please leave your email contact details to schedule a meeting with our sales representatives (email,phone)

user: [email protected], 007883944
