New Features
- New option in Inbox: you will now see the images that were sent by your users from Facebook or Skype - all the channels that allow the user to send pictures.
- You can now add custom text instead of “Get started” in Webchat. It can be set up in Webchat customization settings.
Improvements
- Build: Improved the functionality of the Embed Media feature - the empty tags will be removed from the messages.
- Reports: The “Sentiment” option has been hidden from the “Interaction type” drop down for new users.
Bug fixes
- Channels -> Facebook: occasional failure to remove FB Greeting message on the Greeting message tab - fixed
- Channels -> Facebook: Added the possibility to save user settings on the following tabs:
- Messenger Extensions; Check-box plugin; Customer chat plugin.
- Channels -> Slack: Fixed the errors, that appeared in the console panel when turning on/off the channel.
- Build: Bot’s message was not "Saving" automatically when the mouse cursor is in the Bot’s message field.
- Build: It was not possible to get to Await Response interaction, using buttons in the cards (Text, Gallery).
- Build -> JSON API interaction: Fixed the bug due to which you were getting a message from the “Error Response” field throughout the conversation if you leave the “Your API address” field empty.
- Build -> JSON API interaction: The value of the Custom attributes was displayed incorrectly when using Prior responses as an Attribute Value.
- Build: New plugins could contain empty fields. Fixed.
- Build: The logic operation feature was working incorrectly when using double-level conditions in a logic function. Fixed.
- Build: The possibility to copy interactions of the plugins in the View Scheme section has been removed.
- Build: It was not possible to remove synonyms from the Simple connection. Fixed.
- Build -> Configure -> Send Email: It was possible to fill the “Email Subject” field with spaces and save it.
- Build: It was not possible to launch Test Chat after creating a bot using templates. Fixed.
- STT: Audio track did not appear in the admin panel. Fixed.
- Configure -> Pro Plan: Fixed the work of the counter of the Pro messages.
- Configure -> Bot Profile: A bot did not restart when a session is expired. It was also possible to continue the conversation when a session is expired - Fixed.
- Broadcast: The page was frozen during sending a broadcast to a large number of users. Part of the users did not receive the broadcast - Fixed.
- Broadcast: It was possible to send an empty broadcast (filled with spaces) - Fixed.
- Broadcast (Facebook): The system was sending a Start Interaction instead of a Next Interaction if a session is expired - Fixed.
- Inbox: It was possible to send a message to the unpublished Facebook channel.
- Inbox: It was not possible to highlight the data, which was extracted using responseTo feature.
- Inbox: There was extra text in the messages, which were sent from the Twilio - Fixed.
- Inbox: It was possible to create a Saved Reply without its name - Fixed.
- Inbox: After export a conversation the messages were saved in the reversed order in a txt file - Fixed.
- Plugins: The plugins did not work - Fixed.

- Webchat: It was not possible to receive cards and TTS, which are in a JSON interaction. Fixed.

- Facebook: The functionality of the Payment button was working incorrectly - user was always redirected to the Success/Error interactions.
- Twilio: A user did not receive messages, sent through the Inbox or Broadcast.
- Viber: The system was generating only one audio track instead of several tracks when using TTS feature in Auto mode and Chat Bubbles feature. Fixed.
- Preview: The “Show Channel Switch Buttons As Dropdown” button was not displayed - Fixed.
- Persistent menu: The notification about disabling text input function has been restored (for FB and Webchat channels)
- Reports: It was not possible to filter the records by a particular channel.
- Reports: It was not possible to highlight extracted data - Fixed.
- Reports: The channel icons were displaying incorrectly in the Channels column, after switching channels from Webchat to Twilio - Fixed.
- Advanced stats: It was possible to select any year in the “Date from/Date to” fields.
- Support center: It was not possible to reply to user’s ticket, using the admin panel.
- NLP: The words, which were removed from a sample, still were highlighted after testing a model.
- NLP: It was not possible to train old intent models.
- Profile: Fixed occasional issues of the Save button.
- Main Page -> Chat window (android): It was not possible to switch to FB channel, using switcher in the header of the window.
- Insights -> Media Kit -> Videos: Fixed displaying issues of the Play button.
