New Features

  • Added the possibility to use attributes and custom variables in cards.
  • Option to manually update the Persistent menu in the Facebook channel. You can now skip waiting for Facebook to update the cache and force your changes.

Improvements

  • Tweaked NLP model training on the server side.
  • Broadcast: changed the look of email notification about the successful broadcast. A similar change was to emails sent from the Reports section of the platform.
  • Webchat: removed the possibility to unpublish webchat, now you can simply turn it on/off. This setting no longer affects Test chat.
  • Optimised Inbox section loading.
  • Inbox: new chats will move to the top without refreshing the page.
  • Inbox: Archive all dialogs will now archive all bots for a chosen bot.
  • Small localisation improvements on the platform.
  • Speech-to-Text: now the microphone will appear only in bot language is supported.
