New Features

  • Save message templates in Inbox for later usage and much easier communication with your customers.

Improvements

  • Persistent menu: The number of items for the WebChat was extended from 3 to 6 items. One item (Powered by SnatchBot) is reserved for non-Pro bots. Also, the number of items for other channels has been changed (Line - 5, Viber - 11, Telegram - 4, Skype - 5).

Bug fixes

  • Build: Fixed the work of the keyword functionality in the “Connections” tab.
  • Build: It was not possible to save changes made in the button settings of the gallery card.
  • Build: Fixed the work of the Payment button.
  • Build: Fixed the work of the Custom Attributes feature.
  • RSS: Fixed the work of the RSS subscription functionality when you send the RSS card through the Broadcast/Inbox.
  • My Bots: Fixed absence of the image in a Bot card, when using templates.
  • Inbox: It was not possible to get access to the Inbox section after scrolling the conversation list.
  • Inbox: Fixed a bug due to which it was not possible to add Gallery card.
  • Inbox: Fixed the work of Gallery Card editing functionality.
  • TTS: Adjust voice settings were not applied when using Auto mode.
  • NLP: Fixed the errors that appeared in the Console panel when creating a new model.
  • WebChat: It was not possible to go to the URL Extraction interaction if you use card button.
  • WebChat: Fixed the error that appears when the payment button is used.
  • Embed chat: Fixed the error that appears when using the Share button.
  • Twilio: Fixed a bug due to which it was not possible to edit “Enable MMS” checkbox, if the channel is deployed.
  • Twilio: Fixed the work of the “Delay response” feature.
  • Telegram: Fixed the work of the Custom Attributes feature in the Telegram.
  • Skype: Fixed the issue due to which the “Go to URL” item was not displayed in the “Persistent Menu” section of the channel.
  • Line: Fixed the work of the TTS feature when sending Text card through the Broadcast.

User Experience / Layout

  • Messenger icons were updated throughout the interface.
