New Features

  • Added the possibility to remove conversations from Inbox.
  • Bot Import/Export: added the functionality that will ensure your bots are always imported properly.
  • Broken connections (that lead to previously existing but later removed interactions) and buttons in cards produce errors on importing such bots. How it will work: You will be prompted to fix the connections before exporting the bot. It is possible to skip fixing them and export the bot anyway. These exported bots will be imported without broken connections and cards.
  • Personal Data Request: You have the right to know what personal data we process and why. We offer the possibility to submit a request in the form and we will reply. You can also request that we delete all of your personal information.

Improvements

  • Changed the way collaboration indicator looks, so it's clearer for you when someone else is also editing the bot.
  • My Bots: Added the possibility to view all collaborators directly in My Bots without opening settings of the Bot. Quick shortcut to enter the collaboration menu and view or manage all editors.

Bug fixes

  • Build, Inbox, Broadcast: The notification about details of connecting of the Viber channel has been added in the Gallery Card.
  • Build -> Cards: It was possible to create an Image card, having an empty Gallery card. Fixed.
  • Build: the Test chat icon was disappearing from the page when switching bots using the dropdown above the list of interactions. Fixed.
  • Build: It was possible to set Fallback, leading to the current (selected) interaction. Fixed.
  • Build: The interactions of the template bots were not loaded correctly. Fixed.
  • Build: Fixed the bug due to which the plugins could be created without contents.
  • Build: Fixed the bug due to which the system was sending 2 emails, when using the Send email feature.
  • Build: Fixed the error appeared in the Console panel when deleting an interaction.
  • Build: (Occasional bug) The errors appeared in the Console panel when loading the build page. Also, it was not possible to load the list of interactions. Fixed.
  • Build: The 500 error appeared in the Console panel when opening a bot with no interactions in it. Fixed.
  • Build -> Text card: It was not possible to get to the interactions, which are set up in the Payment button (Successful / Error), when making a payment. Fixed.
  • Channels: The bot icon was not displayed next to the “Select a bot” dropdown. Fixed.
  • Global Connections: fixed occasional issues.
  • Global Connections: It was not possible to quit Await Response interaction in some channels, using Global Connections.
  • My Bots -> Create bot (Android devices): Fixed the icon uploading functionality.
  • Broadcast: The audio of TTS feature was not displayed in the Sent tab.
  • Inbox: Notification about awaiting users was working incorrectly for some users (the green dot). Fixed.
  • Inbox: It was possible to send an empty message to the Facebook channel. Fixed.
  • Inbox (mobile): The “Create Saved Reply” button was not displayed on the mobile version of the page. Fixed.
  • Inbox: It was possible to send Saved Replies being in the admin role (not owner). Fixed.
  • Inbox: It was not possible to highlight Extracted data and Prior Responses on the Inbox page. Fixed.
  • Inbox: Fixed the errors, that appear when using the “Go to archive” button.
  • Inbox: The “Send” button was disabled when using Gallery card. Fixed.
  • Inbox: It was not possible to send a message to the conversation on the Facebook channel if the message contained only cards. Fixed.
  • Inbox: It was not possible to flip through the images of a Gallery card. Fixed.
  • NLP: Fixed the work of the “Test” button in the “Test model” window.
  • NLP: Fixed the error that appeared when you create a new model, containing 2-5 letters in the name.
  • Reports (mobile): Bots were not displayed in the Bot dropdown. Fixed.
  • Advanced Stats: The column sorting functionality was working incorrectly. Fixed.
  • Activity logs: The data in the “Time and date” column was displaying incorrectly. Fixed.
  • Activity Logs: Bot icons were not displayed in the “Bot” dropdown. Fixed.
  • Activity Logs: It was possible to delete the records from the page, by ticking the boxes in Configure -> Bot Store -> Make Public. Fixed.
  • Test chat / Webchat: Quick Replies functionality was not working correctly when using it in a Phone Extraction interaction. Fixed.
  • My Bots: The data about Bot owner was not displayed in the cards (for shared bots).
  • Upgrade to Pro: There was extra Upgrade to Pro button in the window. Fixed.
  • Upgrade to Pro (mobile): The “Upgrade to Pro” button did not work. Fixed.
  • Webchat (mobile): It was not possible to open the Webchat channel using iOS. Fixed.
  • Admin Panel: The records about login activity was not added in the database. Fixed.
  • Profile -> My account -> Newsletter subscription: It was not possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter. Fixed.
  • Profile -> Balance history: Fixed the 303 error that appears when opening the “Balance History” tab.
  • Configure -> Pro Plan: Fixed the 503 error that appears when pressing the “Subscribe” button.
  • Test chat: “ResponseTo” and “Extracted Data” was not highlighted when using the “Highlight Extracted Data” feature in the Test chat. Fixed.
  • Webchat: It was not possible to use STT feature - the icon of the microphone disappeared. Fixed.
  • Webchat (IE 11 browser): The issues with the Test chat and Embed chat have been fixed.
