Inbox optimization option: load more conversations
For those of you whose bots bring very high traffic and it's hard to keep up with new conversations in Inbox, we have added an option to accumulate new conversations on top without immediately loading them in Inbox section, causing you to lose your focus.
This option disables real-time updating of the Inbox section. All new messages will be accumulated, and you will be able to load them manually.
The option can be turned on in Profile > Options.
Improvements to Phone extraction interaction
In order to improve Phone extraction interaction, we have added rules to support:
- brackets;
- single spaces;
- local numbers are recognized only if there is at least one country flag;
- numbers in the international format (+...) must be recognized even if there are no flags added
Email for invoices
If you are using SnatchBot for commercial purposes, you can specify another email address for payment and invoicing matters, for example, the email of your accounting or financial department.
