WhatsApp channel: change avatar and bio (for PRO users)

You can now upload avatars for your WhatsApp channels directly from channel settings.
The recommended size is 640x640, less than 5 MB in size.
Profile info can be no longer than 139 chars.

This functionality is available for Pro bots starting with $30/month and higher.

Advanced stats improvements (for PRO users)

We have optimized Advanced stats loading and the changes will be most prominent for the large active accounts.

There have also been minor changes in functionality:
User/Messages and Bot activity reports have been merged.
Exit interactions: added group by date option
Extracted data: "last 10 extracted data" has been replaced with a pie chart indication % of each extracted data type
Popular interactions: removed All bots
Average lifetime: now the contents displayed will be Bot + Channel + Min session time + Max session time + AVG session time + Number of recipients.

Zoho CRM plugin (for PRO users)

Customize Get Started screen (for PRO users)

Now, instead of havig just Get Started button, you can add and configure start screen contents to gather user name, and other optional attributes before the chat begins.

You can configure contents, which attributes will user answers be saved to, and the coloring scheme. Example screenshots below.
