Search Interaction is now included into Pro Plan and Trial
This type of interaction allows users to use a bot as a searching service. You need to enter the API key from the search provider. Follow the instructions on the Search tab to obtain the key and set up the interaction. This interaction uses Microsoft Bing API and Google Search API.
As both these services are paid, PRO users will find it an advantage to be able to use them for free (no extra charges on top of the PRO plan).
WhatsApp media attachments are now visible in Inbox
All the pictures that users send to the bot are now visible in Inbox conversations.
Audience tab in Advanced stats
The Geolocation tab has been converted into Audience. Besides countries, there is now info on which devices do you users prefer: mobile, desktop and types of OS.
